Boarders Inn & Suites by Cobblestone Hotels in Waukon

The whole package. The hotel, the room, the breakfast. There wasn't anything not to like. Everywhere was clean and tidy. It was decorated with a hunting lodge theme... all things wildlife. And someone certainly had an eye for detail. Really nicely done. We had a deluxe 2 bed room. It also had the wildlife theme decor. Room had a large tapestry upholstered armchair that was really comfy, and a work desk and chair. The bathroom was average size, but tastefully decorated. Had lovely soft white towels. There was a good fixed shower over bath Breakfast was very good. Variety of cereals, breads, cakes, boiled eggs, hot sausages, yogurts and fresh fruit. Also usual drinks and coffee/tea. Room also had fridge, microwave, TV, coffee/tea maker, iron and ironing board. This was a smashing little hotel and it was a pleasure to stay here.

Let us check in early so we could change for wedding we were attending. Willing to move our rooms closer to each other.

Friendly staff and comfortable property. I stay here often when trout fishing in the area. Never disappoints.

We loved everything about this place. The employees were very kind and very helpful. The furniture was amazing. It was the old rustic wood. They moved our friends to a room right next to us without hesitation and didn’t even charge us extra. I would 💯 stay here again in a heartbeat and I actually plan to soon.
